Guidelines & Rental Information
How do I book a self-drive car with Ayaan?
You can book easily by calling or WhatsApp-ing us directly, or by visiting our office AYAAN’s self driving cars in Vijayawada. Once we verify your documents and confirm availability, you’ll receive a booking confirmation with your vehicle details and pickup time.
What documntes are needed?
At the time of pickup, please carry:
A valid 4-wheeler driving license
Aadhar card
- 2- Wheeler (If a 2-wheeler is not available, a deposit of 20,000 rupees is required.)
Address proof (if required)
If applicable, carry your insurance details as well.
How far in advance should I make a booking?
We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance. For weekends, holidays, or premium vehicles like the Toyota Fortuner, booking 3–4 days ahead ensures the best availability.
What are the Rental Prices?
Prices start from Rs. 2,500/day for hatchbacks (Swift, i20, Dzire, Amaze) and go up to Rs. 15,000/day for the Toyota Fortuner. 12-hour packages also available. See our full Tariff page →
What happens if I return the car late?
A 30-minute grace period applies. After that, hourly late charges kick in. Please inform us in advance if you anticipate a delay — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
What to do in case of any damage / breakdown / accident?
If you damage a self drive car, you have to pay for the damage. The charges depend on the damage that happens to the car.
Call our 24/7 support number immediately. Do not move the vehicle without advice. Photograph the scene. We will dispatch roadside assistance or a replacement car.
